South Kitsap families — we need your help! The annual School Benefit Application is now open, and we’re asking every household to complete it by October 1, 2025.
This simple, confidential form is more than just a way to apply for free or reduced-price school meals. It’s a powerful tool that brings critical funding and benefits to our students, families, and schools.

Even if your child’s school already offers meals at no cost, completing the application unlocks additional resources for your family and for South Kitsap School District.

We’re using LINQ Connect, a one-stop online platform for the School Benefit Application, student meal accounts, and menus.
Steps to Apply:
- Register — Create an account at LINQ Connect and select Register. (If you already have an account please move forward to step 3)
- Verify Your Account — Check your email for a verification link.
- Sign In — Log in using your email and password.
- Complete the School Benefit Application — Just one per household.
Applications are accepted year-round, but to ensure your family gets the most from your benefits — and our schools have the funding they need — please complete yours by October 1, 2025.
If your situation changes during the school year, you can submit an updated application anytime.
